Flush It and Forget It –We’ll Handle the Rest!

Let me start by saying if I could give 10 stars I would. Hope and her crew came out and took great care of us on very short notice. We didn’t know the exact issue; we just knew sewage was coming up out of the tub and toilet in our house. They looked at the problem and got to work digging and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Within a few hours our bathrooms were back to normal. Hope explained everything they were doing in detail and answered every crazy question we had. If you are second guessing calling, don’t. We had an issue last week where we had to have our sewer pipes replaced with PVC. Hope came recommended to us, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the job she and her team did. They came out on a Tuesday to look at the issue, found that the pipe was blocked by a root from one of our trees and was corroded. Then in the same week on Friday they came back again to dig up, lay in new pipes, and set back the soil all in one day. Hope and her team are extremely professional, honest, kind, and operate with high integrity. We had Hope come out to help identify the location of the access points for our septic tank. We haven’t ever had a pump-out done on it since we’ve lived here, so we were unsure where they were. We don’t know if it had ever been cleaned out before (20 years). She was able to pinpoint exactly where both openings were right away and excavated down to the lids, cleaned the filter (which was really gunked up), and pumped out the tanks too. She’s a pro at backing her bright pink flamingo truck with the trailer in tow into our driveway on a busy road. And an ace at maneuvering her mini backhoe!
